Terms of service

These terms apply when you engage Protobuild — a service operated by Maverick Mount Technologies Pvt Ltd, trading as Weboconnect ("we", "us"). By submitting a brief or making payment, you agree to them.

1. What we deliver

We deliver a clickable software prototype matching the tier you purchased and the brief you submitted. The number of screens, platforms supported, and turnaround time are defined per tier (Early Starter / Starter / Growth / Pro).

2. Payment

Payment is taken before work starts. We accept bank transfer and major payment processors. All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

3. Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the prototype: source files, design assets, and any code we produce specifically for you. We retain rights to general techniques, frameworks, and reusable components.

4. Refunds

If we have not started work, we refund in full. Once delivery begins, refunds are at our discretion. If we cannot deliver, we refund without question.

5. Confidentiality

Your idea is yours. We do not share briefs externally. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
