Protobuild collects the minimum information needed to reply to your enquiry and deliver work you commission. This policy explains what and why.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the brief or contact forms: name, email, phone, company, your idea.
- Basic technical data automatically: IP address, browser, referring URL. Used for spam prevention and analytics only.
- A country preference cookie so the site shows the right language and currency.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you commission work, deliver it. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell or share it with third parties except service providers who help us send email (and they are bound to use it only for that purpose).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that did not become projects: 2 years, then deleted. Project records: 7 years for tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — email info@protobuild.co.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. For EU/UK residents: standard GDPR rights apply. Contact info@protobuild.co.
